[Evolution] Regarding LDAP Addressbook Completion

Happy Holidays All!

I've been running evolution with the debug option turned on and I keep
seeing this message come up while I type an address into a to/cc field -

evolution-addressbook-Message: using LDAP source for completion!
....
e-table-CRITICAL **: file e-table-item.c: line 988 (eti_unfreeze):
assertion `eti->frozen_count > 0' failed.

What does this mean?

My config.xmldb looks like this for Address/Completion:

  <section path="/Addressbook/Completion">
    <entry name="uri" type="string"
value="ldap://ldap.grc.nasa.gov:389/ou=Lewis%20Research%20Center,o=National%20Aeronautics%20and%20Space%20Administration,c=US?mail?sub"/>
  </section>

But I can not seem to resolve an address via ldap by typing a string
that is in the cn field for a given address.  Mine for example, if I put
ldap://ldap.grc.nasa.gov:389/ou=Lewis%20Research%20Center,o=National%20Aeronautics%20and%20Space%20Administration,c=US?mail?sub?cn=alderman
into my netscape browser I get the attached html file as output, however
if I type alderman into the evolution to field I get nothing, no
resolution.  On the other hand, if I type in
sean m alderman grc nasa gov into the to field it resolves to Alderman. 
Seems strange to me.  Any ideas?
