[Evolution] Whats new?

Hopefully when everyone gets back from Linux World, the snapshots will
start coming out.

Since the release is getting closer, after each snapshot, how about
posting a note to the mailing list stating what has been "fixed".  That
way, we can check those items more vigorously?
