[Evolution] Locale all fucked up (pardon my danish)

I changed my locale to danish just to see how the translation 
on evo was going. As I expected it was severly fucked up.
So I quickly changed it back to good olde americanos.

EVERY program I use did this like a charm. Except Evo.
I am no stuck with a combination. For example the menu items in the
composer are now :
Fil, Edit, Vis, Insert, Format, Sikkerhed.

The Main menu looks like :
File, Edit, View, Handlinger (??),  VÃrktÃj, Sikkerhed.

It's like that all way. About 50% of the labels in Evo
are now Danish, the others are American.

Did I take a wrong turn here somewhere ??

But wait there's more:
If I make a task, and assign some poor smuck to it. (why cant I use my
contactlist for this??, like when I fill out the To: field) 
The task gets sent. (Huzzaaa)
BUT. I'm able to go to my Sent Items folder, open the task and accept it
for him.
And how oh how do you REMOVE an attendee??.

When I get PGP-signed mail Evo checks the signature and writes:
Pretty Good Privacy(tm) Version 6.5.8
... blablabla...
File is not a PGP file!

Is this an error? Are PGP trying to tell me something??
Anyway if thats an error, what is it. If not, how do I
get rid of it?
