Some more information about this:  I tried to expunge the e-mail
whose summary was duplicated (when I Delete one of the summaries,
both get a line through it).  When I did this, my summary got
really hosed.  Three summaries showed as question marks, and I got
a couple messages about not being able to find the message with
the UID that belonged to it.
