What I think we should probably have is a "hide all read messages"
option that hides all the messages marked as read in the current folder.
This would not be a vfolder, it would just affect the list of messages
that are currently visible on the screen, and you could progressively
hide more messages as you read them and explicitly hide them with this
option.
