[Evolution] Passwords

Is it possible to let Evolution (securely) remember the passwords in
between sessions?
Right now I can only let Evolution remember my passwords when I manually
edit the config file, and change my pop url's to something like:
pop://user:pass server 
But of course this ain't a very secure way of password managment ;)
