Well - Yahoo has SMTP and POP access (you have to 'enable' Yahoo! Delivers
though - I enabled it but declined to recieve any junk mail). So for Yahoo it
is a non-issue for now.

Outlook has a way to browse Hotmail mail - but I am not sure if it is using
POP3 access or just parsing the webpage or what.
