One of a few problems, which I fixed, was that the switcher
(Mail/Tasks/Address Book/etc) was being drawn on the left hand side of
the window, even though it was now on the right, a simple oversight that
the X value for the drawing was just set to the padding on the left, not
from the start of the sidebar widget plus padding

The problem though is that you dont get the padding on the right, I'll
fix that, but it was a good start to have it display at all :)
