[evince] Evince toolbar icons disappeared, lost in upgrade

Hello,

We had evince 3.4.0 and it was working fine with all the toolbar icons

Then we upgraded to Ubuntu 14.04 which must have updated a lot of stuff, including

evince 3.10.3 in which the toolbar and its icons have disappeared:

In fact, the working evince 3.4.0 had a menu option View -> Toolbar, but evince 3.10.3 has View, but no View -> Toolbar.  Evince 3.4.0 also had an option on the toolbar to email (send mail) the PDF as an attachment, but I can't find this option or toolbar icon now.

Is there a way to fix this?
