Non-SVN mirror of epiphany(-extensions) SVN?

Is there any mirror of GNOME's SVN that uses a de-centralised version
control (bzr, hg, git, darcs, ...)?  I'd like to use one until I get SVN
commit access.

Is my only option to use tailor and do it myself?
