Tiny eog window?

I have an image that is 431 pixels wide and 26 pixels high.
The smallest eog window I can display it in is about
439 pixels wide and 377 pixels high.  I'd like to display the tiny
image in a window the same size as the tiny image (431 x 26)
ideally with no title / status bars.
I can imagine wanting a window 26 x 26.
I'd like it to be "always on top" - not sure how one would move
it around with no titler bar.  I have not played with the
"Hide Titlebar" plug in.

Please reply directly since I do not subscribe to the eog-list gnome org
