This bug has already been fixed.
If you're using windows take the latest pre-release:
http://wwwuser.gwdg.de/~mrickma/ekiga/ekiga-setup-3.2.pre6-release.exe

Under linux take latest gnome-2-26 branch of ekiga:

or wait until 3.2.6 has been released.
