I am developing a Video-over-IP application using H.263/264 codec,
and doing some interop testing with Ekiga.


I have a question about FIR (Full INTRA-frame Request).


1.) Does EKIGA support this?

2.) If you support this, which out-of-band signalling do you use:

 RFC 2032 RTP Payload Format for H.261 Video Streams
 RFC 4585 Extended RTP Profile for RTCP-Based Feedback (RTP/AVPF)
 RFC 5168 XML Schema for Media Control
