Text loses its color!

Hi,
I am new to this mailing list and I do apologize if my question may not belong to here.
I am using Dia to do some block diagrams, mainly rectangles, arrows, and some text.
When I export it to tex and use it, I notice that the text in the diagram loses its color!

Any suggestions as what may be the problem?
