I just installed it to:

MS Windows XP Pro Version 5.1 (Build_2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.080814-1236 : Service pack 3)
PC is a quad core intel in a Dell Vostro with 4GB of RAM.   Let me know if you need more details.

It installed fine.  Let me know if you want me to try something in particular.
