To the best of my knowledge, there's no precompiled OSX package of Dia. 
If you search the mailing list archives, you'll find mails from a few
people who's compiled it in the past, and there's also a bug or two about
things that  were problematic in compilation (with workarounds).  You
could try contacting some of those people to hear what their status is.
