Contributing symbols for sheets

I find the Dia symbol sheets for Electronics and Hydraulics rather lacking.

So I have my own foo_template.dia docs of symbols I use. I would like to
contribute these for inclusion in the future default Dia symbol sheets. 

How do I do  this?
