python startup with local cvs version

Dear Dia Developers,

When i compile the local cvs snapshot as descriped on the website and
run Dia using "./app/run_dia.sh" from within the cvs directory, i
encounter the following warning:
"** (lt-dia:30361): WARNING **: Python: Couldn't find startup file
/usr/local/share/dia/python-startup.py"
and the plug-ins don't work.
How can i set the path to the cvs directory?
