Did you merge the translations to your sheets and objects? (e.g. uml.sheet.in ->UML.sheet) $(TOP)/dia/makefile.msc should in the end take care of it, but it is not there.
hmmm, I'm not sure what you mean by "merging the translations', but I took a stab at adding a crude rule to .\dia\makefile.msc to install the *.sheet.in files to the runtime area. BTW, it needs sed, so I grabbed it from: http://umn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/gnuwin32/sed-4.0-bin.zip and installed it to $TOP before running the installation makefile.
