Reminder: freezes & branches

Just some reminders...

Now that GNOME 2.16.0 is out, hard code freeze is over.  However, as
listed on the schedule (http://live.gnome.org/TwoPointFifteen) all
other freezes remain in effect (API/ABI, feature, ui, and string) for
the 2.16.x branch.  So, if you have a bugfix that would break one of
those freezes, you need to get approval before committing it to the
stable branch (or to HEAD if you haven't branched yet).

Also, please remember to notify the appropriate people when making a
stable branch; information on branching practices including who to
email can be found at http://live.gnome.org/MaintainersCorner.
