Patch review for metacity: disable-keybindings

Hi,

I submitted a bug report and patch for metacity:

In summary, metacity's keybindings are interfering with Sugar, and a
small patch can be applied to solve the problem (extending the
existing soft disable-keybindings command to actually make it ungrab
the keys).

The bug has sat there for a while and I've also emailed Thomas Thurman
about this without response, I guess he's just busy.

Can any other experienced metacity hackers review and possibly accept the patch?
