Hopefully it's obvious that this would not be recommended for actual end users... it's just a contrived way for developers to experience "what happens if my hard drive crashes or I create a guest account on a new system" more often than those things really occur.
I'm sure most of us will keep deleting their homedir as more a thought experiment than an actual experiment, most of the time...
