As for 'gok', this is the "GNOME Onscreen Keyboard" which provides
adaptive virtual keyboards for GNOME.  Among other things this allows
users who cannot use a physical keyboard, for instance those who can
only "point" or who lack fine motor control, to access the GNOME
desktop.
