(indexing) not accurate

I notice when searching for relational database model
I can see text and pdf files, with the word "related" (highlighted) in red,
is beagle getting confused ??

related does not equal relational

is there a certain command string, I need to enter into beagle,
for search for exactly what I'm looking for.
