    content: new mirror metanet.ch
    
    I also added back dogado mirror. They are the same group as metanet,
    hence have the same admins so they could change the sync root.
    I added both the dogado admin email (it's the one they gave on the
    report) and generic metanet admin email (as found on the mirror page) in
    the contact list.
    Finally about the city, they didn't say which it was, so I asked. In the
    meantime, I added Zürich as their website's about page says it's the
    company city (but the geoIP database seems to place the server somewhere
    else in Switzerland).
