commit 7348d2d44fea120e28745594e1323a867097082e
Author: Joanmarie Diggs <jdiggs igalia com>
Date: Thu Feb 7 08:56:28 2019 -0500

Present the full line if we're in focus mode, even if object mode is enabled

In focus mode, Orca does not control the caret; the application does.
As a result, object mode doesn't make sense and will cause information
    to not be presented.
