    Documented and changed init functions.
    
    * gtksourceview/gtksourceviewmm/init.cc:
    * gtksourceview/gtksourceviewmm/init.h: Documented. Also use
    Gtk::Main::init_gtkmm_internals() instead of Glib::init().
