[feature request] Cheese twitter/facebook integration

Hello

Often when I use cheese I take photo/video and then upload it to my online social networks. It would be great if we can integrate this feature directly into Cheese to make it easy to upload photos/videos to user's online accounts. I believe this would be super useful for many of us.
