[Banshee-List] New extension - change tempo/pitch of playback

Hi all,

I wrote a tiny new Banshee extension to allow you to control the tempo and pitch of playback. I called it "Screw" (as in "chopped and screwed"). It seems to work quite well for me. I'm not very experienced C# so I'd appreciate any feedback on the code (I based it heavily on the Karaoke extension). And if anyone thinks it's worthwhile, I'd like to eventually get this in banshee-community-extensions, so I'd appreciate any help towards that end.
