[Banshee-List] Moving the Ubuntu One Music Store extension to BCE?

We originally moved the extension from BCE to make Ubuntu packaging
easier, however as the extension is going to break (or has broken) due
to U1MS's widget going to GTK3 and Banshee currently being stuck on
GTK2 it might be a good idea to move it back. Rodney Dawes has also
expressed some displeasure with the move being done in the first place
and would as I understand prefer the code to be in BCE. Finally U1MS
just doesn't feel like core functionality and as such likely would be
a better fit for BCE.
