Re: [Banshee-List] how to systematically correct bad metadata

Hi,
I had a similar problem (+ lots of duplicates).
I found the following tools helpful:
* MusicBrainz Picard -- to get the meta-data correct [1]
* exfalso -- a meta-data (mass) editor with a lot of handy features
(e.g. file name generation form meta-data) [2]

First fix up the meta-data with Picard and correct bad cases by hand
with exfalso.
