I would like to know what's going on here. I posted this LAST AUGUST and
have not seen one bit of help. Do the developers not read these posts?
Does no one care about the customer? What gives? I see post after post
where people have an issue and NO ONE is responding. It seems that no one
cares about the customer anymore.
Furthermore, don't bother with the whole 'if you don't like it, use
something else'. That doesn't help anyone. If you have a product, then
SUPPORT the product. Help out your customer base when they have issues.
Do you pay for Banshee? If not then you are not a customer, you are consuming the technology. If you have a support contract with a Linux vendor then taking that tone to them would be potentially productive. However, this is a community project, problems are being worked on as the developers see fit. If that happens to not include currently fixing issues with proprietary devices and protocols then there is likely a good reason.
