[Banshee-List] Behavior of 'Update file and folder names'

Hi

I've been wondering how the new 'Update file and folder names' feature
behaves. Does it have effect to new files that are imported to the
library only? Or also to existing tracks (ie. more like the
'Consolidate Library' function of iTunes)?
