Delete meaning "Delete from disk" or pressing delete?

Either way, I have not noticed this, but please test whether it happens
in Banshee 1.3.3 (found in
http://launchpad.net/~banshee-unstable-team/+archive ).

If it does, file a bug. http://banshee-project.org/contribute/file-bugs/
