At the very least, your Mono.Addins install is messed up. It is possible that your entire Mono install is messed up. Unless you've done a bunch of environment wizardry, you need to have all of your Mono stuff installed in the same prefix. You have Mono.Addins (and maybe Mono?) in /usr/local, and Banshee in /usr. Pick one and stick with it. :-)

However, if you actually are trying to run a parallel mono setup, make sure you are following this guide:

How do you have Mono.Addins installed? From package, tarball, svn? What version and prefix?
