I think your Banshee install is messed up.  Do you have 
banshee-1-backend-engine-gstreamer and banshee-1-backend-platform-unix 
installed?  Those should be brought in automatically when you install 
banshee-1.

I don't claim to understand all of your errors, but it's also possible 
that your addin database is corrupted.  You may want to try running this 
command:

rm -rf ~/.config/banshee-1/addin*
