I can only speak for myself. I try to keep up with bugs, but I don't have an iPod, and I have next to no expertise as to any bugs related to it.

It's hard to fix iPod bugs (proprietary database, Apple's ever-changing format for syncing them), but perhaps there's something that can be done. Subscribe to the bug and maybe some others can help gather information. I'll let the developers speak to what info they'd need to do anything about it.
