It doesn't help that you are responding to me. I dont even understand what you are saying in regard to  problems that both you and Zonbu are having.

All I know is that I am not being helped with my problems.

 

Your emails do nothing for creating a solution to whatever the problem is.

I am not a computer programer. I cannot change what Zonbu has configured. So please,

if there is anything to say, let Zonbu know what is up They need to deal with this not me.

We are not responsible for Zonbu's actions, please mail their customer support for clarification I suspect they made a mistake. If you experience problems with Banshee then using our bug tracker is a good (but admittedly a slightly complicated) option http://bugzilla.gnome.org or the zonbu one http://bugzilla.zonbu.com

We are however not affliated with Zonbu in anyway other than the fact that they use Banshee in their product, support requests should be made to their customer service.

I do however happen to own a Zonbu box myself, and if you would be able to explain what your problem is, I will be happy to spend my spare time looking into your problem out of the goodness of my heart.
