[Banshee-List] Podcast icon not showing

Howdy and happy new year to you all!

I upgraded to 0.11.4 from SVN, updating the respective
banshee-official-plugins etc.  I then removed gconf keys for Banshee and
ran it afresh (leaving my existing banshee.db in situ)

It launches fine, ipods fine, radios etc etc, but the podcast icon has
disappeared even though the podcast menu option is still available under
file.

When I run in debug mode, it indicates that the Podcast DB could not be
loaded.  I haven't been keeping up to date on the changelog of late
(shame on me) but has the db split off or do I simply need to rebuild
the 0.11.3 version to have it behave?

Just wondering if there are any insights before I blitz the lot.
