Major highlights of this balsa release wrt 2.3.17 are:
- check validity of server APOP challenge (with some impact on security  
of POP3 users).
- add ability to store VCARD signatures.
- use ESEARCH IMAP extension if available.
- message wrapping fixes.
- and an usual bunch of bugfixes.
