balsa-1.1.1 bugs.

I just built balsa-1.1.1 from cvs, updated today and noticed one
minor new bug.  Deleting the last message in a folder will cause
an error dialog window to appear: "Cannot access the message's
body"  Probably because it is trying to display the next unread
or last message in the folder, which is a nice new feature - thanks
for adding it!

Another minor bug I have noticed for a while but been too lazy to
report is that my mailboxes that are defined in my ~/.gnome/balsa
config file never show the counts in the Unread & Total columns.
All the other mailbox folders I have in ~/Mail, that aren't defined
in balsa's config file do display the message counts.
