(1) Weekly review
      * Status of budget / sponsorship.

                whole co-event (about 30,520 USD)
              * COSCUP side: (Rex)
                      * [Info] currently, we will have NTD 694,000 from
                        sponsors, we have received NTD 440,000 (about
                        USD 21700 from sponsors, received about USD
                        13750). our current funding

                      * [Info] We are working on with MozillaOnline and
                        Sun/Oracle this week. Also ping other potential
                        sponsors in AP region. No confirmed sponsors in
                        last week.

              * [AI] CT send the list of speaker and topic of Google
              * [AI] let program committee to share the speaker
                information/numbers. and also let program committees of
                both side to discuss about the timeframe/timeslot. --

              * [Info] GNOME.Asia planned each talk: 45 mins + 15 mins
                or Q/A, we would need your help to find local speakers
                from taiwan to talk about gnome as well
