Action Item: Joint theme for website

Dears,

Based on the agreement established in the IRC meeting on Tue, let's
confirm what we need to do right now:

1) Change the header current COSCUP 2010 theme to include two of the
logos, link to two of the "front door" pages.
2) Change links on the main menu of the current website:
* Blog now becomes "COSCUP Blog"
* A dedicated page for GAS content, as oppose to the blog page,
preferably "About GAS".
* All other pages (sponsors, register, programs, etc.) are shared
content for the co-event, there is no need to change the title or the
content for now.
3) Prepare two of the new pages on 2010.gnome.asia website:
* http://2010.gnome.asia/, the "front door" page of GAS 2010.
* http://2010.gnome.asia/about, the "About GAS" page.
All other links on the site should link to pages already exists on
COSCUP website.

We would ended up having two domains, two WordPress installations, but
one common theme and shared main menu. gnome.asia domain would host
two pages described in #3, and coscup.org would host the rest.

To be discussed:
* Logo arrangements of the header:
- Option 1: A two-logo header for all pages, including "front door" pages.
- Option 2: A two-logo header for all shared pages, but remain
flexibility for the front door pages, i.e. only show logo of the conf.
the page represent (option 2.1), or bigger logo with small logo for
another conf. (option 2.2).
* Right management. Do GAS staff require access to all the shared pages?

Since GAS domain would only host two of the pages, you guys could
decide whether to use WordPress or not. The WordPress theme we made is
located at http://github.com/timdream/coscup-2010-wp

Pockey, I couldn't find terral's e-mail address. Could you Fw this mail for me?
