My opinion is to completely ignore this bug.
I have few words to this opinion, since i haved same problem 4 years ago
with some little community.
So let analyse our auditory. And i say, mostly we have two art of users:
1. New users, who just installed his gnome desktop and look for better
theme.
2. Continuesly Users, who looked to recent changes on website every
X-times.

First art hase real interrest to recieve some result of this surfing, so
they would click on every picture on the site. Picture are very magnetic
to mostly user and receive more user then every link. So there would be
no problem for this users to use this page. After 2-3 pages they lern to
use navigation and so on on A.G.O

Second are expirienced users, who submit themes, or install it every
day, or have just interrests in viewing about new stuff. I dont think
this people need advise about how to use links ;o)

My personal comments about whole navigation on site. Its still bad.
There is no usefull categoring, user can have bad understanding on what
point of the site he allready is, and so on.
Another big point i will discuss is usability of the page for people
with bad eyes. I think we should provide one more CSS style, and point
it on webpage navigation for people who have problems with seeing
colors, contrasts and so on. CSS for more accessibility.
