[Anjuta-list] How to activate non-user-activatable plugins?

Hello,

I've installed Anjuta 2.24.1 through the packages provided in Ubuntu
8.10. Under my Installed Plugins list, if I disable the check box "Only
show user-activatable plugins", I see plugins that I can't activate. How
do I activate these plugins? I have administrator privileges on the
machine (using sudo).
