I don't think it's right.  I don't see any need for every developer to
have access to the homepage.  Permissions should be minimal for security
reasons.

That's better, although I think that snapshots should be sufficient.

I'm not doing them often because I'm running a 64-bit system (x86_64),
but I want to provide a 32-bit binary for Intel architecture, so I have
to do chroot as root, which is more time consuming than running a
script.  Maybe I should abandon the goal of providing a binary RPM.  I
don't know how popular they are.

If you think the translators need something else, you can send me a
script that would create the files you want to provide.  I'll take care
of the uploading part.

If you give sufficient arguments why you need to do it yourself, I'll
assist you in getting access to the homepage.

I think it would be confusing to have prereleases made by different
people on the same site.  But if it's needed, maybe this could be
handled by another script?  You give me the tag name, I run the script,
and the snapshot is uploaded.  How about that?

The accounts should be requested on ibiblio.org.  You may need my help
to get access to the mc areas (ftp and web).
