I don't know if i said this before, but i agree.  Maybe there's a
gtk_create_tooltip and gtk_create_text_tooltip and
gtk_create_pixmap_tooltip and gtk_create_pixtext_tooltip. 

The first just creates the container, the others put automatically put a
widget in it and lets you add text/pix in one command like the command
to set a cell in a clist.

Is there/could there be any support for automatically wrapping text
around an image in gtk?
