Can I set anything with pango?

Hi all ,

	When I'm still using gtk1.x, I use gtkrc to specify font set. My using alias, I can use
	bitmap fonts for small point size and ttf for larger point size.

	In gtk2, I know that I can set the font selection from fonts.conf, but the fc+xft can't 
	use pcf at this moment, due ft2 does support this (I get this from
	fonts xfree86 org). Hence, I would like to know, whether pango have anything to
	set, in order to let me archieve my goals (using bitmap for small pt size) ??
