A console: method for accessing standard streams

Hi

I have created a console: method for accessing standard streams.  I 
think it could be an useful addition to gnome-vfs, allowing to treat the 
standard streams in the same way as files. Is there anyone interested in 
reviewing it, and, if so, how should I submit it?
