No, the political viewpoint that you expressed, IMO, is that you shouldn't 
mention political viewpoints.  Only you made your viewpoint clear far more 
obtrusively than Iain did.  Iain's viewpoint was different and obvious but 
made in a less intrusive way.

All I'm saying is I took more offense in the way you said Iain's not 
allowed to express his viewpoint subtly than I took in Iain's expressing 
his viewpoint.
